Hi there, I have recently installed BackupExec 12 for Windows and am trying to backup files on our NAS drive. I keep getting the message "

Backup 00005 -- The job failed with the following error: Access to a device was not authorized with this edition of Backup Exec."

I have two questions:

1. Am I able to backup NAS drives without installing the Remote Agent with this version?
2. Is there an upgrade option so that I can backup files on my NAS drive?
