Cannot browse Microsoft Information Store to perform a restore.
We've got a problem with restoring emails when using backup exec 2012 and Exchange 2010. Before I outline the issue the backups are sucessful and we can restore items using the search functionality (which to be honest is rubbish).
Step 1 - Restore Wizard - Micorsoft Exchange
Step 2 - Micorosft Exchnage mailbox items
Step 3 - Successfully validate all the credentials
Step 4 - The problem, it will not allow us to expand the Microsoft Information Stores and browse individual mailboxes or items to restore
Backup Exec Server:
- OS: Windows Server 2008R2 (64bit)
- BE Version: 14.0 Rev. 1798
- OS: Windows Server 2008R2
- Exchnage Version: 2010 - 14.1 (Build 218.15)
