Our mail server was recenrly renamed. When I go into touchdown settings, I am able to change the mail server entry under account settings. However, when I view the diagnostic information it shows that only the mail server has changed, the activesync mail server entry has not automatically updated to reflect the change as well. Thus, I am no longer able to sync with the server and get/send mail.
I have not found a way to edit the activesync mail server - is this possible?
Is there a fix or do I have to uninstall/reinstall Touchdown
(note I am using it on Android 5.0.2 with Touchdown 8.5.00094)
