"Cannot connect to the agent on..." error
I am new to SSR 2013.
I have it installed on a laptop that I back up to a network drive. It has been working well for a couple of months now, but I now see it is unavailable to me, with the above error.
I have done a repair install. I have run Fixinstall.bat. But no positive result yet.
Something that may have affected the installation is that I had to run the Norton Removal Tool to help with my Norton Internet Security installation.
Is there something I can do short of a full uninstall/reinstall?
