Cannot connect to VMware vCenter

Hi all,

I try to connect to the VMware vCenter,  but get the following error

What can I do in this situation? i tested required ports (telnet <server> <port>) and test succeeds.

P.S. simply connect to ESXI succeeds..

Please check if your account(bkpoperator and bkpop) and its password is valid on your vCenter.

vCenter Server login fails with error: A general system error occurred: Authorize Exception

 

Check the format your using also. DOMAIN\USERNAME

Some have issue due to old DC.
