SEE 11.0.1, managed Win7 x64 Need help getting this machine decrypted without WinPE - I can't spare it for the day unusable due to PE decryption. When I try to view disk status from the local agent it crashes. When I try to decrypt by sending the decrypt command from a server management agent console nothing happens other than recording that a command was sent. When I try to decrypt using eedAdminCli.exe I get this message: c:\Program Files\Symantec\Endpoint Encryption Clients\Drive Encryption>eedAdminC li --decrypt --disk 1 --au ********* --ap ********** Operation start decrypt disk failed: Error code -11973: PGPClientError #-11973 Status looks good from CLI and says good in the management console. (disk 1 is confirmed the right disk) c:\Program Files\Symantec\Endpoint Encryption Clients\Drive Encryption>eedadminc li --status disk 1 Disk 1 is instrumented by Drive Encryption. Disk UUID: 6d264f89-5413-46e6-9dcf-84657025c004 Encryption process complete. Current key is valid. Current disk block mode is 3 Volume Status - 7 Volume C:\ on partition 1 : Encrypted. Total sectors: 204800000 highwatermark: 204800000 Cipher Algorithm used: AES256 Request sent to Disk status was successful

Bump. I have this on another PC now. The PC is up and running but it will not respond to the agent issued decrypt command, and it gives this error at local command line.
