Are you able to decrypt the secondary disk ? as mentioned in the technote you need to decrpt the secondary disk first. Would suggest you to open a support case for the same.

    Hi Liu Zhe,

Is the secondary disk showing up under PGP Disk on Symantec Encryption Desktop?

While trying to access the disk are you getting any error message?

Under Disk management is the Disk listed, and what is the status showing up there?

You can try decrypting the drive from command prompt using the command pgpwde –decrypt – disk 1 –p “PASSWORD”, this command need to be ran browsing to the PGP Desktop folder.

Please check the PGP Command Line 10.3.2 User's Guide

When encrypting multiple internal fixed disks, they are added to the same disk group, which then causes them to be encrypted to the same key material.  Unfortunately, that key material is stored on the primary drive.

If the primary drive is decrypted without decrypting the secondary drive, the secondary drive would remain encrypted to key material that no longer exists.  If this is what occurred, you are most likely looking at a situation where you would have to restore data from a backup for the secondary drive.
