  • 1.  Cannot delete policy folder from workspace

    We have a new install of 5.2.9 and for some reason a folder in the policy workspace cannot be deleted. It has no policy in there but throws an error message of 'unable to delete a non empty policy folder'. Is there anyway to delete this folder from the workspace?

    Check your 'filters' setting on the left navigation panel...this one has gotten all of us at some point. Make sure the 'All Policies' option is selected.

    If that doesn't get it..then I would guess there was a glitch in the db that would require manual attention.
