Endpoint Protection

Hi.

I'm currently trying to install SEP on a Windows 2003 server, which also is running SEPM.
It fails.

When I try to install it manually (without SEPM) it always rollbakc without creating SEP_INST.log.

But when I try to install thru SEPM the file is created.

I've read thru the forums and followed all hints I could find.

I've located "Return value 3" But no usefull information (for me that is)

Please anyone that could help me?

Your server has Previous version of Alert management system still installed.  This was from SSC

Invoking remote custom action. DLL: C:\PROGRA~1\SAV\AMS2\Winnt\InstallAMS.dll, Entrypoint: MSIUnInstallAMS

Go to add/ remove programs if you have AMS unistall it

or

download this mscleanup utility find the AMS and remove.
