Cannot display the page. After installing LUA

  • 1.  Cannot display the page. After installing LUA

    Getting an error that page cannot be displayed after installing the Live update administrator. Also found that the LUA Apache Tomcat service was not installed.

    Is it a 404 error? If so, because the service is not installed/listening.

    What version of LUA? What this an upgrade or fresh install? My just need to reinstall.

    I dont think its installed, you might need to give a try again.

    Hi Brain, Its not 404 error. I found that the service is not installed . Apache Tomcat service. Harish

    Either way, this is why you see that message/error.

    Try a reinstall of LUA.

    I have try reinstalling multiple times. Any other options. Is there a way I can get the previous version. Ever since I was using the previous version it was working well.

    Support can provide the link to an earlier version. Best to figure out what the problem is though.

    Yeah . Initially found that the UAC was enabled. But still the same. whats the port used for LUA . Is there a way I can change the port. Harry

    are you installing while being on console session ? Mstsc /console?

    Rafeeq, No I am on the physical machine. Installation is successful . But could not load the page.

    Did u try to restart all the services? Repeat this a couple of times and then try... Apacehe & Postgresql services... This will do the trick.. If it still doesnt work, Re install....

    I guess I am clear.

    The Apache service is not getting installed. And tried reinstalling multiple times.

    Any other suggestions.

    Harry do you have any other application using port 7070? any other version of tamcat installed?

    you can get the previous versions from here, let us know if thats successfully installs the services.

    I have checked for the same . But port is not being used by any app. And for now I have reverted back my Snapshot and working with the old version .

    But I am curious that why its not getting installed. Am I missing out something. ??
