  • 1.  Cannot display summary graph

    Hi...

    I just installed MF 6.20 both Scanner and Control Center in server running CentOS 5.4 and Postfix 2.5.1 RPM libXp (libXp-1.0.0-8.1.el5.i386) was installed and found in /usr/lib before Control Center installation. Installation run successfully without any warnings or errors. But when I access the GUI, the summary graphs were not generated.

    I have read the KB 2008081311134054, only need to install libXp on RHEL5.

    Hi d3dys,

    CentOS is not a supported platform for SBMF. It may work but Symantec does not support it.
    The supported platforms for the last release (6.2) can be found into this KB article:

    Hi fferaboli,

    CentOS is following RHEL5. Basically everything is running, except that summary graph.
    Is there any workaround for this issue?

    Hi all, just to share...
    I had not installed java/jre when I encounter this issue. Now after installing java/jre, summary graphs are shown in GUI.

    And also make java service should be started when reboot happens
    add it in rc.local as per RHEL 5 , not sure for CentOS
