Environment:

BE Media Server = BE 2010 R3 SP1 and Hotfix 167567, on Windows 2008 R2 SP1

SharePoint 2010 SP1 on Windows 2008 R2 SP1

SQL 2008 R2 SP1 on Windows 2008 R2 SP1

I'm trying to do a GRT restore of a SharePoint document, and no matter if I try to restore to same library or redirect it to a local drive on the media server, I get the same errors:

And in the Job History section of the failed restore:

I've opened a support case.  They have verified correct permissions needed on the Media Server, SharePoint server and SQL server, and we set some permissions as well in effort to fix the issue, but I still get these errors.  The backup runs fine, but the restore doesn't.  Support hasn't been able to help yet.

I also tried doing a restore job of a different document in a different library on a different SharePoint site, and it gave same errors.

Does any have any insight for this?
