  • 1.  Cannot download all updates for MS16-104

    Hi,

    When I try to download the updates for MS16-104 it always fails to download "IE8-WindowsXP-KB3185319-v2-x86-embedded-HUN.exe"

    Download path is "http://download.windowsupdate.com/d/msdownload/update/software/secu/2016/09/ie8-windowsxp-kb3185319-v2-x86-embedded-hun_0d59018749ec4027934ac2233f8c4a6a75dcea13.exe"

    When I look at the log file I see there seems to be a 'h' missing at the beginning of the download path (please see log extract below) - is this the cause of the error?  If so how can it brought to the attention of Symantec Support quickly?

    I would recommend calling support regarding this if you have a support contract with Symantec.  This would be the best method to get this fixed quickly.

    This issue was resolved in PM Import version to 7.1.856.
