  • 1.  Cannot edit email account reports are sent from.

    I'm running MR4MP1 and my reports are working fine. They appaear in my inbox as SYSTEM@server.com. Is there anyway to change the format of the from address of this emails? Ive read that it was possible in earlier verions, but not a blip of chatter about mr4.

    Hi,

          User name of the account on the mail server. If you want to configure administrator email notifications, you should use the format user@domain in this text box. If this text box is left blank, SYSTEM@computer name sends the notifications.

    On the server properties (where you eneter proxy data, directory servers etc.) in the SEPM console (Select Admin on the left hand side).
    Once you've opened the server properties, select the mail sever tab and then you can enter an email address (leave the pwd blank), this will be used as the sender email address for reports, notifications, well all mails sent by the system.
