    Posted Apr 09, 2014 05:21 AM

    All,

When clicking on the Edit button on the VIP Self Service or VIP Manager pages to edit the service, I get the following error in the console:

"This form has already been submitted"

In the vipegconsole logs the following error appears:

    ERROR "2014-04-09 01:48:04.100 GMT-0700" 10.128.32.146 vipegconsole 900478001 4aebdc0cfaabc3a6 0  "actor=AdminVIP,text=Invalid Transction Token in the request."

    Vip EG is 9.4.0.

Does anyone have any idea about this?

    Thanks,

    Dawi_x

    Quick addition:

This is happening on all VIP EG servers (and also different environments) which are running on Windows Server 2012 (or Windows Server 2012 R2).

So it might be a bug with one of the underlying components...?

(all other functionality seems to be working fine)

Can someone from support confirm this behaviour (or not)?

    Many thanks,

    Dawi_x

    Greetings Dawi,

My apologies for the delayed response. In this particular case, I would like to reference you towards the VIP Enterprise Support team for this particular issue as the logs may need to be examined.

It is possible this may be a browser compatibility issue as well. The release of Internet Explorer 11 had many underlying changes with how it processes pages and scripts. You may wish to check using alternate versions, alternate browsers, or compatibility mode (F12).

    Regards,

    Patrick

    Hi Patrick,

Sorry for my delayed response as well.

I was in contact with support regarding this issue some time ago.

Just FYI, it is indeed a browser issue.

This doesn't work for me when using IE10 or IE11. Anything below works fine. As wel as firefox.

So using anything but IE10 or IE11 worked perfectly for me.

kr and tnx for your response,

    Dawi_X
