We just upgraded our DLP tool the other day. Since the upgrade, the option to export incidents to csv is no longer under the Incident Actions Drop-Down. How do I export incidents to CSV?

Probably the DLP role assigned to your User ID doesnt allow you to export incidents. You should review the Roles going to System\Login Management\Roles.

I'm a sys admin for our tool. I was able to export prior to the upgrade, but no longer can. I've tried in sys admin role, investigator mode and a few others. The option is all together gone.
Strange. Which browser are you using? Try to use IE11. I know from experience that using Chrome (is not a supported browser) some options of the Console system are not fully available.
I'm currently using IE11. This issue didn't come up until the upgrade was performed.
The issue is that some of the User Roles had permissions stripped away somehow. All is fixed.
That's why I suggested you to review the Roles in my first comment/answer :)
