Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

It seems that one of the changes in 12.1.2 is that it is compatible with Windows 8. I have logged in with my serial number, but the only version which shows up in the downloads list is 12.0.x. I am currently running 12.1.1000.157, but it also does not show in my list of downloads (???). Can anyone give me a hint where/how I can get this download? I just installed the 12.1.1000.157 unmanaged client on the first Windows 8 machine in the office and it crapped it out so badly that the OS recommended a "refresh" of the installation - which essentially sets it right back to factory install. I really need to get the 12.1.2 unmanaged client installed on this computer.

I received an email from Symantec which gave a free upgrade to 12.1.x from 12.0.x when the 12.1 was released, so I installed the 12.1.1000.157, so will this truly be a trial or will my license for 12.1.1 be accepted by the 12.1.2?

Hi,

You are using old version serial number and because of that not able to see the latest SEP version.

You might have received an email from Symantec about new serail number, check emails received from Symantec.
