Cannot find SEP_SBS2003_BestPractice_PolicyFiles_MR3.zip

Hi,
I cannot find the policy files which are metioned in the SBS 2003 Best Practices White paper release 3 - August 2008.
The link provided in the white paper doesn't work.
Can anyone help please ?

You'll need to update the Best Practice document to reflect the name of the file, or change the filename to match that of the document. Otherwise, nobody will be able to find it unless they stumble across the original post.
