  • 1.  Cannot image a PC - failing constantly

    Hi everyone,

    I have setup a task which is

    > prepare for image caputre

    > capture image

    > reboot to PXE

    The prepare for image capture completes successfully, but the capture image task fails giving return code 0. The computer is running Win 7 32bit and I have tried capturing it as .IMG and .GHO but both fail almost installing. I have pasted the log from the Altiris Log Viewer. If anyone can shed some light onto why this is happening I'd greatly appreciate it. There are a few logs so I have posted all the ones that say FAILED.

    You will need to reboot to PXE in order to run the create image task.  Once that has completed, you will reboot to production unless you have any other tasks that need to be run within the PE.
