I need to migrate SEPM from one server to another.  The server it is running on now is Server 2008 R2 Standard.  I have a fresh install on Server 2012 R2 Standard.  Same version of SEPM on both.  I am trying to run the "Management Server Configuration Wizard" and the option "Install an additional site".  When I input all the info for the current SEPM server and click "Next" I get prompted to accept the certificate, and after I click "yes" on that a dialog box pops-up and says: "Unable to connect the server specified"

I have ensured that the Windows firewall is off on both servers, these 2 servers are on the same network, so there is nothing being blocked between them.  I have made sure that the Server 2012 server can query port 8014 on the Server 2008 server.

I am not sure what else to do now.

What version is this for? You may want to enable SEPm debugging as well:

    Version 12.1.5

I will enable the SEPm debugging as well.

    Brian and Pete,

Thanks for your suggestions.  I looked over everything and what it ended up being was that on our current SEPM server it was operating on 8442, instead of 8443.  Once I changed that on the wizard it went on through.

    Thanks
