Cannot install LiveUpdate

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi all,

When I try to install LiveUpdate from the Symantec website, in Internet Exporer I get a pop up box appear, then a Exclamation mark at bottom.  I click on it and it says permission denied.

Any idea?

Also when I tried to install Client on same machine, it fails, and the log file say liveupdate failed.
