Cannot label media -TpErrno = You do not have permission to create the file

After upgrade master server from 7.0 to 7.5.0.5 , all media servers still in 7.0

I found that i can label the media in media server. It prompt out "You do not have permission to create the file".

More info, please!

Are you running the command on the media server?

Which OS on the media server?
Does your user id have local admin rights?
If W2008, is UAC disabled? If not, have you opened cmd with right-click, Run as Administrator?

I use GUI to label tape. and I launched the GUI by run as administrators

Media server is Windows 2008 R2

I have local admin rights. since it was work before upgrade master server  to 7.5.0.5.
