Cannot log in

Hi,
First time here.
I've search the web, but nothing was helpful.

I cannot log into Brightmail Message Filter 6.1.1. It worked just the other day. When i enter my username and password, and click login, it instantly refreshes back to the login screen.
I looks like password corruption, because using any other username or password give me "Invalid username or password" Please try again.

I would appreciate any assistance

Hi,

the solution could be in the following KB article:

As for the browser, please try with Firefox also.
