Cannot Log in to SMS for SMTP 5.0.1 Control Center

Hi,

I successfully installed SMS for SMTP 5.0.1 on Windows 2003 R2 SP2,
But when I want log in to the Control Center using the initial default username and password (admin / symantec) and using the default address  https://localhost:41443/brightmail, the following error message appears "The Control Center is unable to connect to the database. Either the database is not running or the password for brightmailuser is incorrect.".
Yet I have done all the recommendations announced in the documentation.

I have confirmed that the MySQL service is running and that the server meets the minimum requirements but the problem persits.  I have looked in the control panel (windows) and cannot find the MySQL .  HELP!

Hi,
I have done nothing except, I have increased the size of the RAM, and the problem is solved.
