Cannot login to Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Console
For some background, I have had trouble with some annoying "Unexpected server error. ErrorCode: 0x10010000" events. To attempt and fix this issue, I ran the Management Server Configuration Wizard (which I saw, in various forums, could remedy this error code). I went through the wizard and selected embedded database (since this is what I have always used for my database) placed a password for my database and left the rest of the settings at the default. Now when I attempt to login to the Management Console, I get the message "Failed to connect to the server" and I cannot do anything.
When I try and run the Management Server Configuration Wizard again, I cannot get past the place where it asks me for my port that the embedded database server uses. I have tried the various ports that I thought it should be and left the default. How do I find out the port that my embedded database uses? Or how do I fix this current issue? Thanks.
