  • 1.  Cannot manage new clients.

    With the Altiris version 6.9 SP5, not able to manage the clients successfully.

    Do you have more details?  Are there no internal channels at Symantec for addressing your question?

    that means, for you to get help here, you have to tell us what is actually wrong.  What your current description says is "it's broken".  Well, can you tell us how it's broken, or what is happening, or what you're seeing?

    Otherwise, open up a case at Symantec, and they'll help you out.
