Cannot preview the search and Export to PST
We are using Version 10.0.1
According to the user, it can be able to export and review the email before, I think the issue is after the Support Engineer help us to reinstall the EV Bin on the CA, (previous we have RPC error , so the support help us to reinstall the EV binary)
Today Legal Compliance want to export those email, when they preview the searched email, it will have a error message "An internal failure occurred, Internal Error : no such interafact supported (0x80004002)"
Also in the Event log,
Event ID 375, cannot export to pst, in the CA export panel.it just keep say creating,
APP AS - Customer ID: 2 - An Error has occured when retrieving Item
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040306): An internal failure occurred. Internal Error: 'No such interface supported (0x80004002)'.
