  • 1.  Cannot roll out clients and manage updates

    Installed EP 11.0.5002.333 on W2k8 SBS this weekend. We were able to push the client out to workstations but when we go to view CLIENTS the only thing that shows is the server. The clients are installed but they have not updated definitions. We tried to Find Unmanaged Clients. Many show in the list, show that EP in installed but not current. We try to add to the managed clients but nothing happens. Tried to call tech support but wait times have been 1.5 hours + for two days.

    Disable following in server and try

    Control Panel > Windows Defender

    Control Panel > Windows Firewall

    Do you have green dot in the yellow shield of client?
