Cannot run 2 jobs simultaneously in a Tape Library with dual LTO3 drives

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Greetings,
I am trying to configure a BE12D media server to run it's local backup at the same time that a remote agent is backing up. The media server is connected to an IBM TS3200 Library with 3 LTO 3 drives. The two drives are daisychained together and conected to the server via a single SCSI LVD cable. What happens is that when I schedule the 2 jobs to ru n at the same time, one will start and the other will report as being QUEUED or the status will indicate that there are no idle devices available.
The Library Expansion module of BE is installed and the appropriate drivers are installed as well.
Thanks
Larry

I am suspecting that you added the license keys for Library expansion after using the BEWS for a while.
If that is the case then I would suggest you to go to TOOLS/Install options and License keys/ and run through the wizards for license and when get to the screen where you get to select the the option for Enable Robotic Library support ....Try unchecking the option for Enable Library support and that will ask for reboot . Once you reboot the server try enabling the robotic library support and see whether that makes any difference...
Ideally after adding the keys for LEO it should do it ...
LEO was part of the initial Backup Exec installation, so I don't think that is the issue. The next course of action will be to configure each of the jobs to run directly on a different drive and draw from a media set.
Thanks

Find the BESERNUM.XML in the \WINNT directory and verify that you have indeed installed an LEO serial
What you are describing sure sounds like it is not

After resolving the hardware problem with the tape library (Bad Drive Sled), I was able to run 2 jobs simultaneously. The reason that the second job did not start initially was that the tape load never completed. Also, I had to set the jobs to use a specific tape drive in the library and draw media from a media set.
Thanks for the replies suggestions!!
