Cannot run Migration and Deployment Wizard

I'm doing a clean installation of SEP MR4 MP2 on a virtual machine with the following specs:
Windows Server 2008 - x64bit
2GB Memory
120GB Hard disk
I managed to install the SEP Manager without a hassle. But running the Migration and Deployment Wizard to the end is not happening. It gets to the point where it asks for a new group to be created and won't go one regardless of name typed in. It does not give an error, it just refuses to go on.
How can I get past this? And is there something I'm not doing with regards to SEP and virtual machines?

Nope..no error message when I
