Cannot search the Clients. But i can see the Clients Agents installed on the machines.

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I have recently restored the Image of few machines. Also upgraded the SEPM to 12.1Ru2. Out out of all the machines few clients are missing after the auto upgrade. Cannot search the Clients. But i can see the Clients Agents installed on the machines.
Please suggest me your Ideas to FIX it.

When the client has a hardware change or is reimaged, SEP generates a new hardware ID for the client. When the client checks in to the SEPM it sends its new hardware ID. Even though the computer name (and possibly IP address) are the same, the SEPM does not recognize the hardware ID, and places the client in the Default group.
Please check the information below:
1. Download SEPM Repair and Repair Cloned Image tools from http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH163349
2, SEPM Repair tool will give us the a list of Duplicate clients in SEPM
3. It will create a Text file with the output
4. Once we had the list with us we renamed Repair Cloned Image to Setup.exe
5. We used SEPM migration and Deployment Wizard in order to deploy the tool on the clients
6. Once we deployed the tool clients moved into their respective group
