Cannot see green dot icon in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Console.

Hello all

I  move my Symantec Endpoint Manager  PC to different network & different Subnet. And i remove the pervious ip address and add the new ip address in the Policies tab- management server list and apply to all  group. After that i look into the client tab - Group,there no green dot in every client pc. Do i need to configure anything else in Symantec Endpoint Manager Console?

Greetings,

By moving your SEPM you have generated a new security certificate that does not match what the clients have. You can easily reconnect the clients by exporting this file and replacing it on the clients:
