Cannot see restores for certain backup

NetBackup 7.5

Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1

4G Ram

 

I recently set up NetBackup and am currently backing up a NetApp volume, and a Windows 7 x64 desktop. I succesfully do a D2D backup of both. I have the NetApp volume backedup as a NDMP and was able to do a restore. I have the Windows 7 desktop set up as a MS-Windows backup policy type, but I cannot find any backups when I try to do a restore.

 

Can anyone tell me what to check, or why I may not be able to see the backup? See the pictures I attached.

Inmediuis, 

The client name in BAR is all CAPS and the client name in the job summary is lowercase, and the FQDN.

You will want to update BAR with the lowercase.fqdn name and retest searching for your backup images.
