  • 1.  Cannot send notification email

    I have 9 server use SEP Manager. Four of these cannot send notification to our monitor e-mail (Another product enable send notification email, e.g.  APC UPS software) . Please give me suggestion to track out problem (Our Email address is correct and notification condition is enable). Thank you.

    Verify that the Authentication of Mail Server is correct.

    The fail reason is some mail (sbs) server request Authentication, some do not need.
