  • 1.  cannot start task

    I try to start a backup task on a Symantec Ghost Console 8.2.0.1117.
    after "start execute". Il get the message Cannot start task Configuration Server is not connected.
    Operation failed.
    There are 9 available clents and none of them will start.
    I connected the server directly to the client via a croscable to bypass the switch.
    No succes.
    Can someone help me?

    Hi there,
     
    Just need a bit more information to help you with this one:
     
    1. Have you tried running any other tasks on your clients?
    2. Have you install ghost client locally or using remote install?
    3. What OS  are your clients?
    4. Can you please check as well in the property of the client what Template it uses? Is it the correct one?
    5. Can you see the correct information in client'sproperty? IP, subnet, etc?
