  • 1.  Cannot update some client SEP PC

    Dear all,

    We have Symantec End Point Protection server 12.1.4013.4013.Cannot update some client SEP from 1 month. Before 6 February everything was ok. These users connected by fiber data connectivity through cisco router. What can I do now?

    How many clients are same problem?

    These clients are reflecting online on server and from client it showing green dot?

    Make sure the disk space is not low on clients

    Try to clean the defintion and check

    These clients are direct connect or from Gup?

    clients showing online on Manager

    restart the client service or repair it from add/remove.

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting in Symantec community.

    These users connected by fiber data connectivity through cisco router. Clients have been connected to the SEPM through WAN link? NAT is being used in this case? have you done any changes in the network after 6th February?

    Can those clients connect directly to the Internet?

    Are you able to ping SEPM machine? Can telnet port 8014?
