yes. you can manually try to reconfigure Altiris Inventory Solution. Just execute this command line on ITMS Server and open Altiris Log Viewer to see logs, while Inventory Solution reconfigures.
C:\Program Files\Altiris\Notification Server\Bin>AeXConfig.exe /configure "C:\Program Files\Altiris\Inventory\Config\Inventory.config"
But first, please confirm that "Symantec Management Platform 7.5 HF5" is properly configured and doesn't show that it isn't properly configured.
Open SIM and check installed products -> scroll down and click on SMP 7.5 HF5 -> verify its state.
