For several days I was trying to open support case on mysupport.symantec.com, and was only getting some Java server exceptions. Today it finally succeded, the case is open. Now I'm trying to attach a screenshot to the case, but it also doesn't work. I select a file for upload via "Browse..." button (on the screenshot below, it has text in Russian), click "SUBMIT" and get error "You must add at least one file before submitting."

Have you tried attaching a .jpeg or .bmp instead? Perhaps .png may not be accepted or working correctly.

It could be that you are exceeding the 25MB file limit.  Create your case without the image.  When the engineer contacts you, you can then ask him how to send the image to him.
