    Hello,

User has just installed PGP Viewer for Android and got it successfully enrolled with corporate SEMS server. But when he opens his email and tries to open an encrypted email (message.pgp attachment) he get the error “Application not found”. The mobile phone is Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, model SM-G935F, Android 6.01 (kernel 3.18.14-8040641). We have uninstalled PGP Viewer and reinstalled it and rebooted the phone, but this error remains.

It has SE for Android enforcing security with policy sepf_secmobile_6.0.1_0011.

There is any way to bypass security in order to get PGP Viewer work as desired? Thanks.

As far as I can see, Andoird Marshmallw is not supported.  Please see the below article for an existing feature Request to add support:

    http://www.symantec.com/docs/INFO3602

Plus the below KB site for the app shows the last released version was from 2014!
