On the Monitors screen on the SEPM, if I choose the Logs tab and then choose Log Type of SYSTEM, Log content of CLIENT ACTIVITY and then Event type of INSTALLATION EVENTS, all I get shown is Event Type of INTERNAL ERROR with the Description of "Firewall drive failed to open network adapter" for a couple different machines.  Anyone else seen this?

Well I am not as concerned

Well I am not as concerned about the Firewall messages as I am that I want the installation events for any machine in my environment to show up.  None of them do, with a little over 600 clients in the SEPM at the moment.

 What event are you

 What event are you expecting.
There is no Log that says " Client has installed successfully." or " Installation Failed on this Client"

If it s not showing in SEPM then that means it dint install or installed but is not communicating.

None are part of our gold

None are part of our gold images yet, so the install occurs after the image is layed down.  They are 11.0 RU 5 clients and RU5 SEPM

Right, so are there any known

Right, so are there any known issues as to why successful or unsuccessful installation notifications would not be reported to the SEPM?

I had the same issue...but i tried to install the sep package by running it locally on the machine....i got the installation event showing up on the console. the different thing i tried to get this is clear the client server activity logs by sweeping it...Below are the steps to sweep logs :

On the computer where the manager is installed, open a Web browser and type the following URL:
https://localhost:8443/servlet/ConsoleServlet?Acti...

I checked three different

I checked three different SEPM installs and ALL of them have this problem.  When going to

Log Type -System
Log Content - Client Activity
Advanced Settings
Event Type -Installation Events

The only events are the Installation Failed one or Internal Error (Firewall driver failed to open Network Adapter).  All I want to see if any new successful client installations took place.  I have to imagine with this problem on three different SEPM's that either it's something I am doing or it is a bug.

Any thoughts?
