As per error your hard disk are corrupted.
What exact SEPM version are you using ? Do you have take SEPM backup ?
If you have OLD backup follow below steps
Hi James007,
We didn't do any backup for that.
SEPM version 12.1.2 is running.
We don't have any old back up. We are tried with restarting the server also but it doesn't work.
Help me on this...
If you don't have old backup you can reinstall fresh SEPM server and restore sep client communication.
Dear Sir,
Will check with the customer and get you back. Because it is highly difficult to install new client packages on each client machine. 2000 users around India. So alternate solutions. If they didn't have option means will go for it.
What Exact SEPM version are you using ?
You don't need to install SEP client package all SEP client just replace sylink.xml and all sep client are showing in SEPM version.
Dear James,
Ya fine sir. Will get back to you tommorrow with customer reply.
If that server is not work then you can install the new SEPM server against it.
Create the policy according to the requirement.
Export the sylink file from that server and replace it to all clients for the communication
Restore the client server communication with deployment
Ok we will waiting for your revert.
If you are using SEP 12.1 RU2 or above version, you can use reset client communication as per below articles.
