Can't Acess WebUI

I installed SSIM 4.8 on Vmware machine from iso file but I'm not able to get WebUI to put license file in. I got this message "The UI is temporarily unavailable. Please try again."

Please could you give me any advice what I should check to find source of troubles?

hi mvlmvl,

I checked the documentation (Symantec_Security_Information_Manager_Installation_Guide.pdf) and found that SSIM 4.8 can be installed on ESX 4.0, 4.1 and 5.0 but not on "VmWare". If you have doubts, please connect to your SSIM 4.8 via SSH session and check the logs in: /opt/Symantec/simserver/logs/

  • raw.log
  • getsysinfo.log
