  • 1.  Can't blow more than one image at at time

    I am a little confused as to why I am unable to blow more than one Image at a time..  I made a image of a Latitude 2120 netbook and I can restore an image to a single netbook without an issue...  However when I try to do more than one at a time it never really does anything...  It copied 4mb in an hour.  I am using ghost 11.5 and using just a regular Vostro 230 as my ghost server.  I've ghosted 4 desktops without any problem it just seems to be this one model computer it has a problem with...  I've already recreated the image twice.. same thing.  Any thoughts?

    If you are trying to use multicasting and have not enabled IGMP snooping on your network switch, then it will fail. Search this forum on "IGMP" to get the full picture.

    All of our switches are simple pass through...  Also I have multiple other imagines that I can blow 4 at a time.

    If desktop images work fine, it would indeed suggest that there is something amiss with the laptop.

    Are you using DOS or WinPE as your pre OS ? Modern hardware really needs WinPE as DOS has severe limitations these days.

    Are you running 11.5.1.2266 ?

    What NIC chipset is the Latitude Netbook using?
