Can't do a GRT restore from disk backup of emails

Hello,

I am using BackupExec 2012 SBE on Small Business Server 2011. I would like to do a restore for some emails of an exchange account. Backups are stored on a iscsi qnap nas storage. I have created a restore task, selected the emails which should be restored to an existing account. After starting the task it fails and kills backupexec windows agent service.

Error log says: [fsys\mb2] - OPEN DATABASE FAILED: -1090 This instance cannot be used because it encountered a fatal error.

I really don't know what to do. I tried the support check tool too but nothing resolve it.

What is the final error that is being thrown by backup exec.. please provide 

 

additionally please be sure that the system logon account has appropriate rights on exchange box and also has an active, unique and unhidden mailbox associated to the logon acount

check the exchange management toll and mapi cdo is installation on media server.

send the backup jon log and windows event to troubleshoot the problem
