  • 1.  Can't download Productlist (symantec.pl.xml.zip)

    Hi,
    I would like to update some Altiris components.
    After starting the SIM, I saw, the productlist was updated in August 2011.
    I can't download a newer one.
    I took an other computer, installed SIM 7_1_75 an while installation the error occus, can't download productlist.  (http://www.solutionsam.com/solutions/pl/symnatec.pl.xml.zip)

    Is there an new Download link or location? or is the XML-File Offline?

    Try remove ".zip" from the pl!

    This is the valid URL.  Your link has a typographical error and also the .zip extension:
    http://www.solutionsam.com/solutions/pl/symantec.pl.xml

    Download from the above link and then transfer it to your NS.

    Had the same Problem but it seems to be fixed... without removing the .zip extension!!!

    Now it's fixed. And the Downlad works fine (in SIM and with the URL).


    You can also Download the XML with the .zip extension.

    I had the same issue this morning (GMT+1).
     
    I noticed www.solutionsams.com was redirected to maint-eval.symantec.com. Impact was on SIM and Patch Management.
     
    Problem has been fixed several hours later.
