Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

  • 1.  Can't get the Endpoint 12 Small business Edition installer

    Hi there

    We got many seats licenced for Endpoint 11, we need to update from EP 11 to the version 12 but Small Business Edition. On the site when I enter my licence key, all i see is the full version. What do I do to have access to the SBE ?

    You may need to get a license upgrade to get to 12.1 you should contact the licensing support team.

    I would be glad to answer your query.

    Do you see Enterprise Edition 12.1? & looking for Small Business Edition 12.1?

    There are two editions.

    1) 12.1 Enterprise Edition

    2) 12.1 Small Business Edition

    Upgrade from Enterprise Edition 11.x to Small Business Edition (SBE) 12.1 is not possible. Ideally you should have brought Enterprise Edition 12.1 only.

    To install Small Business Edition need to uninstall existing SEP version first.
