    Hi

     

    Use Ghost to make a Network Image of any new System we buy on site.. this year we have had some issues with the new Acer I3 can not get any Boot cd to work with ghost to see the network..  as it does not like the Drivers

    the PC's Us Intel(R) 82579V Gigabit Network Connection,  have tryed the Disc wizard and can only get it to work local. and Image to a USB drive and restore from same drive.. the only issue is with this is i Cant multicast this to the 30 units. and will have to do each one on its own ..

    have tryed NetbootDisk but 6.5 will not work with these drivers so pulling my hair out any help would be great thank you

    Enter 82579 into the search engine of this forum. There are many postings about this challenging chipset some of which have links to working Vista 32 bit drivers for use in Ghost Boot Wizard when building a WinPE boot environment.

    If you are using DOS, forget it and switch to WinPE.
