Cant get LDAP to work?

Hi

 

We have set up the LDAP configuration, but we cant get it to work. When we press the test button it says "Successful connection to LDAP server.", but we dont get any usernames in the reports. How can we trouble shoot this issue? or does anyone have any ideas how to get this to work?

 

We are running in SPAN and Monitor mode. We are running version 5(beta)

Did you install dcinterface on your LDAP  servers?
