I have been trying to allow RAAD/agent installs to work through the firewall.  I have tried allowing the agent through the firewall and RAAD will still not conect to the workstation.  If I turn the firewall off everything works so I know I have everything else in place.   Any ideas????

I have tried:

netsh firewall add allowedprogram "%programfiles%\Altiris\Altiris Agent\AeXNSAgent.exe" ENABLE

I have also allowed:

UDP Port 138 will need to be allowed to allow for the agent install communication.

138:UDP:*:enabled: Agent Install Communication

UDP Port 445 will need to be allowed to allow for the agent install communication.

445:TCP:*:enabled: Agent Install Communication

TCP Port 80 will need to be allowed for Agent communication and NS communication - Communication Updates

80:TCP:*:enabled: Agent communication and Altiris NS communication – Communication Updates

TCP Port 443 will need to be allowed for NS communication – Downloading Packages

443:TCP:*:enabled: Altiris NS communication – Downloading Packages

TCP Port 445 will need to be allowed for RAAD communication and Troubleshooting

445:TCP:*:enable: RAAD communication

TCP Port 135 will need to be allowed for RAAD communication and Troubleshooting

135:TCP:*:enable: RAAD communication

TCP Port 1107 will need to be allowed for RAAD communication and Troubleshooting
