Cant import pst's exported from EV into a new EV 8.0 SP2 Server
Hi All!
I'm currently assiting with a daat migration from a company that split into 2.
The original company used EV but i dont know what version, they have been exporting the EV archives to pst files with EV .cfg files.
We have been collecting this data off them and provisioning users in the new company one by one and them importing the data.
Most of the users have working fine but 2 or 3 people so far have had issues, when running the import some of the pst files get skipped.
he psts that fail always seem to be clumped together, i.e. 4,5,6 etc.
These people have a lot of data, around 15GB EV's on average. The pst's are split into 1.33GB files.
I get the following 3 event log errors for each pst that this happens for:
Abnormal error occurred
PST file: E:\\USERNAME_Export_0005.pst

Strange
Seems like an issue with the Vault Store Group & Sharing level or something like this.
I recommend opening a case with SYMC here.
Cheers
